Halliwell Homes is registered with the National House-building Council (NHBC), which covers any defects arising from below standard work. There is then a further eight years of cover, again under the NHBC Buildmark, which provides insurance cover against any major structural problems.
Established over sixty-five years ago as a non-profit company, the NHBC helps to raise standards in home construction and improve the quality of new homes.
The NHBC registers house builders, sets standards of construction, inspects homes and provides consumer protection through its Buildmark cover.
